RUSTY NAIL - sheriff and Bright's good friend

BILLY KIDD - old ranch hand - been at the ranch forever

FRENCHIE VANILLA - old ranch hand - been there almost as long

CHUCK WAGGIN - old ranch hand; so old he Remembers the Alamo

COLE BUCKETT - newly hired ranch hand

RICH COFFEE - newly hired wrangler

DUSTY - Bright's nephew from the city. Likes school sports, especially football

CLINT - Dusty's friend, likes school wrestling and football

COREY - Dusty's best friend and next door neighbor. He plays the guitar

TRAVIS - Dusty's friend, loves clothes, is a natural athlete and plays basketball.
