AOL members:  If you didn't receive your downlink via an email with this subject: Order Info | SimpliFun Studios  then look in the Manage Mail folder within your AOL mail.  Look in the SPAM mailbox.  AOL might put mail from those not in your address book into the SPAM mailbox.  There's also a feature called SHOW ME MAIL FROM  People I know you may be blocking the mail that way.

If you are unable to download the file or you get a message that the order has not been processed you most likely have a firewall installed on your system which prevents you from downloading a file. You will have to disable your firewall in order to access the files. This is now the number one customer support call I receive, so it's likely to be your problem, as well, if you have those symptoms.
